ANTHROPIC REGISTERED PARTNER

AI for your Salesforce — priced by tokens, not per conversation.

As an Anthropic Registered Partner holding the Claude Certified Architect certification, we build Claude-powered assistants and automation on top of your Salesforce data — connected through MCP and function calling. Your data stays yours; your AI is not locked in.

Your systems of record

Salesforce stays the source of truth. Amazon Connect and Voice feed it with conversation data.

FLOWMAN

Flowman middleware

Our orchestration engine routes events, transforms data and calls AI — MCP client included.

CLAUDE

Claude acts

Reads and writes records, triggers flows, drafts replies — through tools you control.

Verify the certification

We design context and tools, not prompts

A model behaves predictably when its context, its set of tools and the boundaries of what it may do are designed deliberately. That is architecture work, and we do it the way the vendor teaches it — through MCP and function calling described below.

Evaluation is part of how we deliver

Before an assistant reaches your customers, it is measured on your own scenarios: a set of test cases, explicit criteria for when it must refuse, and a regression pass whenever the model changes.

Token economics designed in

Model choice, context size, caching and routing are architectural decisions, not afterthoughts. That is where the predictable budget discussed below comes from.

FLOWMAN

Flowman: the middleware between your CRM and AI

We built Flowman because every AI project needs the same plumbing: events in, transformations, AI calls, actions out. It is an engine, not a one-off integration — which makes your project faster and its maintenance predictable.

MCP interface

Flowman speaks Model Context Protocol on both sides: it exposes your Salesforce as MCP tools and consumes external MCP servers. Models can be swapped without rewriting the integration.

Event-driven with Salesforce

Platform Events and Change Data Capture trigger AI processing the moment something happens in the CRM — no polling, no batch delays.

Function calling

Claude doesn't just answer — it acts: creating records, updating opportunities, launching flows through typed, auditable function calls.

Data residency

AI inside the perimeter you already trust

For regulated industries the first question is never the model — it is where the data goes. We designed our answer before you ask.

Claude on Amazon Bedrock

We deliver Claude through Amazon Bedrock, inside AWS. If your contact center already runs on Amazon Connect, the AI layer lives in the same security and legal perimeter you have already approved — same region, same AWS DPA, no new vendor to onboard.

Your data is not training data

Content processed through Bedrock is not used to train models and is not shared with model providers. EU processing is kept in-region. We add PII minimization at the boundary as standard practice — the model sees only what the task requires.

Billing runs through your existing AWS account — no separate AI vendor for procurement to review. For most clients this shortens the approval path more than any discount could.

Right-sized AI

Agentforce or Anthropic? We implement both — honestly.

When Agentforce fits

You want a Salesforce-native agent platform, managed inside your org, with Salesforce support behind it. We implement Agentforce and connect it to your data properly.

When token economics matter

Consumption-based agent pricing is hard to forecast at scale. We build the same outcomes on Claude with per-token pricing: predictable budgets, provider independence through MCP, and Salesforce still the system of record.
