Because of so many issues and obligations that contemporary life brings, people don't care much about creating a good night's sleep. Some think that sleep is a waste of time. Others want to sleep better, but can't. Transit, children, internet, cinema, television, and anchortext double shifts are some of the enemies of a great night's sleep.
Sleep that is good is crucial for physical, spiritual and mental health. We devote one third of our lives sleeping. It is during sleep time that mental and bodily functions are restored as well as the body is prepared to face the following day. But, the majority of people don't sleep correctly, which can cause serious health problems.
Sleeping poorly can result in irritability, depression, memory loss, and difficulty concentrating. In adults, the lack of rest interferes with the capability to assess risks as well as make decisions. Kids are also affected. Sleeping late impact the release of growth hormones, make kids much more irritable and with much less capacity to concentrate in school.
In addition, when we sleep poorly for a long time, our human body undergoes physiological changes that could be related to diabetes and obesity. In a recent article posted in the journal "Circulation", American doctors have came to the conclusion that not enough sleep quality is linked with increased blood pressure, maybe even in adolescents.
Make adjustments in your schedule so you can sleep better and more. Remember that the hours of rest before midnight are important for a great rest, so try going to bed early and sleep 7 8 hours per night. The recipe for a great night's sleep is as follows:

try to sleep in a dark room, silent, and well ventilated

go to bed on an empty tummy (light supper until 3 hours before bedtime)

do moderate physical activities in the daytime, and

have peace of mind.
