I dried it with a hair dryer at low temperature and thought it'd be ok, but it wasn't, so I plugged it in and it turned on. The screen was a little weird but it worked. AFTER I unplugged it, it died, so I think it's the battery. Anyway I'll try again tomorrow but I believe I would have to change it. I once had dropped a vintage phone in the toilet and I only had to change the battery then.
