The new Iphone4 4 has many new and exciting features, ushering in a new era of customization and enjoyment in the cellular phone and smartphone arena. Apple's new processor is called the A10 Fusion, which is the first quad-core processor found in an iPhone so far. The M10 Fusion is coupled with 2GB of RAM, which remains unchanged from the iPhone 6s but should enable more processing power, resulting in a responsive, speedy smartphone. Apple claims that mixture makes the iPhone 7 the speediest smartphone on the globe, and although it performed much better thank the iPhone 6s inside our benchmark tests, it (rather surprisingly) didn't steal the most notable spot - but we'll come to that below.
A large draw for most is the camera on the iPhone. The product quality is quite good plus some of the features include phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization for the 6 Plus. Talking about the Files app, it's a particularly notable addition on Apple's part. Previously, the company was dead set against introducing any sort of file management in iOS. But with Files (which also works on the iPhone), you'll have an experience similar to what you'd find on Windows or MacOS. In addition, it helpfully hooks into third-party storage services like Google Drive, Box and Dropbox. Finally, you'll have a fairly easy way to store documents downloaded from the net, as well as share files through email and Messages.
So, you mustn't take iPhone 7 shark diving or use it as your regular underwater camera, but if you get caught in the rain, splashed by passing car, tumble into the tub or the pool, or get water bombed at the beach, your iPhone should be fine. Mine took multiple dunks through the filming of our own review video (see up top), and didn't break a sweat … not that sweat could have mattered, because water-resistant.
Speed with an Apple Watch is important for the same reason that it is important with an iPhone or iPad: it boosts responsiveness. Whenever you press a virtual button on a screen and have to hold back for something to happen, you reach least a little annoyed. Alternatively, when pressing virtual button yields instant results, you almost forget that the button is virtual, and instead just concentrate on the task that you were triggering by pressing the button.
