The first in a series of Nokia-branded Android mobile phones is to be released solely in China.

With this lower spec, we'd expect less price; it's been rumoured that some new Nokia Android mobile phones will cost as little as $150 which is actually a possible applicant as the Nokia 6 has a just a little higher spec and a $250 price tag in China.
According to information on January 11, the Nokia 6 could actually become an internationally released model with time. It's by no means confirmation, but a version of the Nokia 6 has been discovered passing its Bluetooth qualifications, and this is not the same version we've seen being prepped for unveiling in China either. The brand new model, seen posted in a database filing, bears the model quantity TA-1003, instead of the China version whih is TA-1000. The timing of the certification suggests that the handset may be in the preparatory phases of the announcement timed for the MWC 2017 expo in Barcelona in late Feb - an announcement at the event would likely be aimed internationally.
