What you said was very logical. However, think on this, what if you added a little content? I ain't suggesting your content is not good, but what if you added something to maybe grab people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda vanilla. You ought to glance at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post headlines to grab people to click. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get people interested about everything've got to say. In my opinion, it could make your blog a little livelier.
