TIMETRACKER CaseInProgressTime
CVSC – CONFIGURE
1. You have to add CaseInProgressTime custom object related list to Case layout to track your case InProgress time.
2. Customize TimeTracker settings :
2.1. Go to the TimeTracker tab (Also you can click Configure button on installed package):
2.1.1. Field Status determines which case statuses will be tracked, values are entered separated by comma;
2.1.2. Field Refresh Schedule(min) determines how often TimeTracker will refresh CaseInProgressTimes checking IsBusinessHours flag;
2.1.3. Field Enable CaseInProgress Calculation allows you to enable/disable CaseInProgress Calculation. Note that on disabling TimeTracker will delete all open CaseInProgressTimes. However, you still will be able to watch and work with already closed CaseInProgressTimes. Also, enabled TimeTracker will only affect future changes (creating new Cases or changing Status/Owner for existing).
